CRITERIA: Before uploading a photo, make sure the name has been submitted to us ahead of time. If you submit a photo before the name, we may have trouble processing the photo for the credential. The image should be an accurate likeness of yourself, a front view of your head and shoulders. Photos with hats or dark glasses may not be used, unless always worn for religious or medical reasons. For matching purposes, photos MUST be submitted using the naming format: Lastname_Firstname.jpg. Photos using any other naming format will not be accepted and will be discarded. Image file format: JPG or PNG file, size should be under 500 KB and be at least 1.25” wide x 1.75” high.
